We highly recommend making sure you love the piece and to triple check sizing/measurements, as most of our items are one off.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be returned. Exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds are only on pieces that are defective or damaged.
To return your product, you should ship it within a fortnight from receiving it. If more than 2 weeks have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please send us an email with your details to email@example.com and we will send you the address for the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a tracking shipping service when returning your item, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost items.
We will send you an email with your credit note details once the item has been received. You will be able to use it on your next online purchase.
